So much of our lives can be seen as a series of learned patterns. Patterns in our behaviours, how we respond and react to situations and experiences, how we relate to different people and even what we choose to hear in our inner voice. We build these patterns up over time, and our bodies become very good at maintaining them.

Hypnotherapy uses a deeply focused and relaxing process as an empowering therapeutic tool that provides clients with awareness and skills they need to identify, manage and maintain the changes they want to see.

Nami is a clinical hypnotherapist with a special interest in working with people to break free from harmful behavioural and cognitive patterns and regain control over the decisions and choices they want to make.
